About the Geriano apartment
Layout
Apartment Geriano is located on the ground floor at the front of Cherry Houses and offers views of the garden and the swimming pool. The stylish apartment spans two floors and features three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two luxury bathrooms, a spacious living area, two private terraces, and a private laundry room.
Ground floor
The living area is open and bright, with a modern designer kitchen on one side and a charming living room on the other. In the middle, an industrial staircase connects both floors. The kitchen is spacious, featuring a dining table for 6 people, and is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The seating area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. From the living room, you have direct access to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.
At the front, doors open onto a large covered terrace with a dining table, while to the side lies a second terrace with lounge sofas – ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying views of the hills.
First floor
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and room for a cot. The shared bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The charming roof structure with exposed wooden beams and antique tiles gives this floor extra character and a sense of space.
2 private terraces
Despite its location at the front of the house, you will enjoy plenty of privacy on the two terraces.
Other services
In the storage room next to the house, a private laundry room with a washing machine is available. All windows and doors are fitted with interior shutters and fly screens.
