Nestled in the rolling hills of Le Marche lies Cherry House: a characteristic Italian farmhouse that has been carefully renovated into a comfortable holiday home. It is a place where the authentic character of the Italian countryside combines with peace, space, and modern comfort. Cherry House derives its name from the former cultivation of cherries, which is still clearly visible from the numerous tall cherry trees.

Cherry House consists of three charming apartments, each with its own character and plenty of privacy. Surrounding the house is a spacious, lush garden of no less than 6,000 m², featuring olive trees, old cherry trees, and tall beech trees. From both the house and the garden, you look out over the typical Italian hilly landscape that makes Le Marche so special.

In the center of the garden lies the spacious 12 x 5 meter swimming pool. For young children, there is a separate shallow section that is 45 cm deep. Around the pool, there is plenty of room to soak up the sun, read a book, or simply do nothing at all. Naturally, outdoor dining is also part of the experience: having breakfast together in the morning sun, enjoying a leisurely lunch, or ending the day with a long Italian evening.

Cherry House is located just 2 kilometers from Petritoli, a charming medieval hilltop village. The beaches of the Adriatic Sea are about 13 kilometers away. This means you won’t have to choose between the Italian countryside and the coast during your holiday: from Cherry House, both are easy to explore.

Visit small villages and local markets, enjoy Italian cuisine, spend a day at the seaside, or simply relax by the pool. The mountains are also easily accessible from Cherry House for those who wish to venture a bit further afield.
