About the Oleandro apartment
Layout
Apartment Oleandro is located on the ground floor at the rear of Cherry Houses and offers plenty of privacy and a breathtaking view over the hills of Le Marche. With three spacious bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, and a large veranda, this charming apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay.
Living room and kitchen
Upon entering, you step directly into the cosy living room featuring a comfortable seating area, a sofa, two armchairs, and a digital TV. Books, games, puzzles, and magazines are provided for extra relaxation.
The modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, sandwich toaster, citrus press, and ample cupboard space. The sturdy dining table seats six people.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All three double bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and luxury box-spring beds, two of which have extra length (210 cm). One bedroom directly adjoins the veranda and features French doors leading outside, an en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, a spacious rain shower, and a separate toilet.
The other two bedrooms share a second spacious bathroom with a double washbasin, rain shower, and toilet. Additionally, there is a third, separate toilet with a bidet.
Veranda and outdoor space
The large covered veranda is the heart of the apartment. On the kitchen side, there is a long dining table with six chairs and a dining bench. On the other side of the veranda, you will find a lounge set, beanbags, and an open fireplace for chilly evenings. Two sun loungers and a large Weber BBQ are also available.
Amenities
A private washing machine is located in the storage room next to the house. Outside, there is a rotary washing line, whilst an ironing board, iron, and two sports bikes are also provided.
The apartment is well-insulated and features central heating via the stove in the kitchen, making it perfectly comfortable for winter stays. All windows and doors are fitted with shutters and fly screens.
