Layout
Monterosa Apartment is the largest apartment in Cherry House, located at the rear of the country house. With a surface area of 145 m2, including a charming tower room, this apartment offers plenty of comfort, luxury, and privacy.
Private roof terrace
The 60 m2 private roof terrace is partially covered by a pergola and offers breathtaking views of the rolling hills. It features a large dining table for 8 people, sun loungers, a lounge set with two sofas, and a private BBQ—perfect for long, peaceful summer evenings.
Living area
From the terrace, you step into the open-plan living area featuring a designer kitchen and a cozy living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and both a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine.
The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable seating area, a corner sofa by the stove, and a smart TV. The high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and antique roof tiles adds extra ambiance and a sense of spaciousness.
Bedrooms
There are three double bedrooms available when renting this apartment, one of which is located in the house’s tower. The tower room is accessible via a stylish steel staircase. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, window shutters, and mosquito nets. One bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway and includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The tower room features its own washroom with a washbasin and a toilet.
Facilities
There is a private laundry room with a washing machine in the utility room next to the country house. All windows and doors are fitted with internal shutters and insect screens.
